Internet is included, all other utilities are not

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Leases can be assigned to new residents, we generally do not allow apartments to be listed out on AirBnb or VRBO
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
What are the hours for the fitness center?
No on-site fitness center
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
10am-9pm daily (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
What are the hours for the business center?
No business center
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
Laundry is all in-unit
Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Yes.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, internet is included. The resident just needs to bring or rent a router
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
We have an on-site package room
Are BBQ grills available?
No, but they are allowed for residents to bring their own
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
We do not offer valet trash. We do offer recycling

No.
What is the smoking policy?
No smoking in the apartment units
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
We allow pets and have a pet wash station on property
What is the parking situation?
Parking lot parking is free and un-assigned. Garage bays are available to rent for $60 a month
What schools are in the area?
The property is located in the Ankeny Public School District
How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?
The Des Moines International Airport is around 20 miles away
Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?
No.
How walkable/bikable is the community.
The apartment complex is within one mile of gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants
Are the apartments furnished?
No, but we can coordinate for furniture rental with an outside company
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes.
When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?
The apartments were built between 2006 and 2014. There have been no major renovations
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Carpet, tile, and LVP wood look flooring
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
All units have tub/shower combo
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
The kitchen has a stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave

Yes.
